To configure the instruments in MissionOS, you must first complete the Project Setup and Hierarchy and Instrument Model Definition. This is a mandatory step to proceed with the configuration. You can set up instruments in two ways based on the number of instruments involved in set up: A single instrument can be set up in Data Manager > Instrumentation > Setup > Instrument. Multiple instruments can be set up in Data Manager > Instrumentation > Setup > Loading.
